Blog #1 from Family Tree Farm

Well, up to now, I haven't been a blogger, but somebody has to write about the happenings on our farm. The last week, we had a new calf and a pair of twin lambs. Plants and vegetables are coming along. Andy has been selling many tomato plants. Corn seed is in the ground to be animal feed for the coming year. We are already eating snap peas and carrots from the garden as well as strawberries. Egg production is high. Its been a busy couple weeks. Thank God for the recent rain!! Goliath the abandoned goat is growing. What a shock it will be to him when he finds out that he is a goat and not a human or dog!!!
